TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that bookings are held for 15 minutes, if you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t let us know, we cannot guarantee to hold your table for your booking and it might be given to waiting guests.
Please note during busy periods we operate a sitting policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation.
Management do not take responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

A group bookings of 10 or more people at KHANZ Restaurant requires a $10 per person deposit at the time of confirmation.
For any cancellations, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you do not show up for your booking, the $10 per person deposit will be processed as a no show fee.
Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments. Payments by cash or eftpos do not attract a surcharge.
